I expect the Twitter Mac team have had an incredibly stressful summer getting a Catalyst app of this complexity out the door. There are plenty of UI areas that are going to need another pass, for sure. The double-toolbar just isn't a good fit for the Mac pic.twitter.com/O7dYyYlwfu
ok this is pretty weird. When I use the twitter app on my 2019 iMac running Mojave it opens a series of windows that are completely black(they live behind the main twitter window). When I click the red control button to close the windows it fully closes the app.

I can no longer search for anything in twitter for Mac. It freezes up, have to hard crash it. When I managed to get that blank window to open, it's like the app was finally running as it should have. like fresh and new, no issues. I could search without any problem.
I don't believe it supports creating storms, but it does support reading them (just tap on a tweet to bring up the full thread). You can report to the developer though, they seem happy to get feedback. In case you missed the contact info, I'll list it again: @TheSpringApp on twitter or TheSpringApp(at)gmail(dot)com.
Hello,One feature that spring has that twitterrific does not is push notifications. At least spring has it in the test flight beta version. Spring does take more steps to open links than twitterrific does. In spring you have to flick up to view links, select it and then you can activate the links. In twitterrific you just need to flick up or down in the actions rotar to find the link and activate it. Also in spring the view links option is where you see all the hash tags and the @mentions from a tweet. My absolute biggest complaint for spring is the view more tweets button. This is not in twitterrific. I don't know why it bothers me but it does. I think its because it breaks up my reading flow. When I wake up in the morning I like to read my timeline from the last tweet I read the night before to the newest tweet after opening up the client in the morning.
You can only listen to Twitter Spaces that are currently live. The moment the host decides to end the Space, it will disappear from Fleets and the search results pages. Twitter makes copies of the audios of all your Spaces, as well as captions, which are kept for 30 days. Afterward, they’re permanently deleted. While listeners can’t access Spaces that have ended, hosts have the option to download their Spaces to their devices. This can only be accomplished with the Twitter data download tool. While they can be a great help, they might prevent you from seeing other participants’ names. While listeners can choose whether they want to see the captions, only hosts and speakers have the ability to make them available. If you joined the Twitter Space as a speaker, or if you were granted permission to be a speaker from the host, you have many more options. You can choose to mute and unmute your microphone, pin Tweets to the Space, and share the Space either through a Tweet or an invite link.Twitter Space hosts, on the other hand, can control the entire Space. As a Space host, you can schedule a Space, share it, mute speakers, remove and block speakers, end the Space, and much more. Hosts can even mute all the speakers at the same time.
